INITIALIZATION

  1. Ping to Target (create Neighbor Cache Entries, if not exist)
  2. Override Neighbor Cache Entries

  This test assumes MTU is 1500 (Ethernet Default).
  Each fragment packet's Payload Length is 1456 octets.
  Received fragment packets' Fragment ID are ignored.

JUDGEMENT

  PASS: All fragment packet of Echo Reply Received

  WARN: Any fragment packet of Echo Reply Received

        Maybe some packets are not captured by bpf.
